Grievance Officer

We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours of receiving it, and work to resolve it within one month.

What we sell

Kashmiri Mongra saffron, lab tested to ISO 3632 Category I, grown on our family's fields in Pampore, Jammu and Kashmir. We sell whole stigmas only. We do not sell powdered saffron, blends, or saffron from any other origin.

Where we sell

We accept orders from India, the UAE and the wider Middle East, and most other countries.

We do not sell to customers in the European Union or the United Kingdom. Orders from those regions will be declined. If you place one and we do not notice before dispatch, we will cancel it and return your money in full.

How an order is made

Orders are placed over WhatsApp. Prices shown on this site are an invitation to order, not a binding offer. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order in writing and accept payment. Until then we may decline any order, for example if a size is out of stock or we cannot deliver to your address.

Prices and currency

Prices are set in AED and converted to other currencies on the site for convenience. Converted figures are indicative. The amount you pay is the amount we confirm to you when we accept your order. Prices can change at any time before an order is confirmed.

The product

Saffron is a natural agricultural product. Colour, thread length and aroma vary between harvests and between tins. This is normal and is not a defect.

Store the tin sealed, away from light, heat and moisture. Saffron kept badly loses aroma quickly, and we cannot replace product that has degraded in storage after delivery.

No health claims

Nothing on this site is medical advice. We make no claim that saffron treats, prevents or cures any condition. Speak to a doctor before using saffron medicinally, particularly if you are pregnant or taking medication.

Intellectual property

The text, photographs, recipes and design on this site belong to us. You may not copy or republish them without written permission.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act 2019 or other law that cannot be excluded by agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Jammu and Kashmir have jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here when your order is confirmed.
