Where we ship

• India
• UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain
• Most other countries on request

We do not ship to the European Union or the United Kingdom.

Processing

Orders are confirmed over WhatsApp and dispatched within 2 working days of payment clearing. We send tracking details as soon as the parcel is collected.

Transit times

• India: 3-5 business days. Free delivery on orders over INR 4000.
• UAE and Middle East: 4-6 days in transit.
• Rest of world: 4-6 days in transit.

Transit time is the courier's time on the road. It does not include customs clearance, which varies by country and is outside our control. Some countries hold food and plant products for inspection. Ask us before you order and we will tell you what we know about your destination.

Customs, duties and taxes

For orders outside India, you are the importer. Import duties, taxes and clearance charges, where they apply, are payable by you and are not included in the price you pay us.

We declare every parcel accurately. We will not under-declare the value of a shipment or describe it as a gift.

Shipping charges

• India: free over INR 4000, otherwise quoted at the time of order.
• All other destinations: quoted at the time of order, based on weight and destination. We do not offer free international shipping.

Your address

Give us a complete address and a phone number that works in the destination country. Couriers will not deliver food shipments without a contactable recipient. If a delivery fails because the address was wrong or nobody could be reached, we will contact you to arrange a resend, and the second shipping cost is yours.

Lost or damaged in transit

If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, that is on us. We will send a replacement at our cost. See the Returns Policy for how to tell us.
